Sorry I have been M.I.A for the past couple of days. Work has kicked my ass and I totally struggled this weekend with getting any possible sleep. My body hated me and I think if I posted anything, I would probably be grump galore.
I had such an awesome time celebrating Mother's Day with my mom. She came over for lunch. We had quiche with a colorful salad topped with my fav... craisins... omg, those are delicious!!! We had a nice coffee, chatted, then took puppy over to the park for a run.. It was beyond gorgeous outside. Even though I was struggling with staying awake, I was really happy she made it over to our house and got to visit with us. My brother and I gave her the traditional mother's day bouquet of flowers, so hopefully that warmed her heart a little, because it did with mine. Thanks momma!!!
I have to announce... I FINALLY GOT AN IPHONE!!!! I'm so happy! I have been using BF's like no tomorrow because I was so in love with it. He was so excited for me to finally get one of my own.. his cell bill likes it too...lol.. The best part of this iphone... it's WHITE!!! I have wanted a white iphone since it first came out. I have held off for so long because I was sure this white one would come out... and it did!!!!!

Ok. One last thing I have to let you in on. I have officially started using Latisse. fistpump!!! I have been wanting to try it for so long!! This girl that I work with has the most thick and lucious eyelashes that whenever she talks to me.. I literally can't stop looking at them. Anyhow, she told me she uses latisse and all her co-workers at her other job uses it, so I NEEDED to just try it out, even if it doesn't work. Apparently it takes about 2 months or so to see results. I read that Kim Kardashian, Brooke Shields and others have used it before and said it definitely works. The lashes are supposed to grow long, thick and darker. I just have to apply a thin layer on my upper lash line every night before I go to bed. It's really straight forward and simple, even for the blondest of blondes...Frig.. my lashes are blonde, short and sparse. I hate wearing fake eyelashes because they always peel off.. Trust me, it's so embaressing to be out somewhere and someone says to you..."your fake eyelashes are coming off"... Please, can I hide now?
Anyhow, here is my before shot of what my lashes look like. I have absolutely no make up on. This is au natural baby!!!
I wish my camera was a little better quality, but oh well... you get the idea. Plus, it is so hard to try and take a pic of your eyes with them closed.. I obviously wasn't very good out of it. I nearly took about 30 shots before I found a decent one to show you...lol
Here is what the latisse is
So all you do is put a drop of the latisse on one of the applicators directly on your lash line and... voila!!! that's it!!!
I will report back in a few weeks with another pic. I doubt I will see a difference, but hey... you never know! I really hope this works!!!
Anyhow, gonna go get me a glass of wine and relax. I'm getting in bed early tonight because I'm back at work bright and early tomorrow morning.... gross!!! I have been working for like a million days straight. I need a break :(

P.S If you have used Latisse or know anyone who has, comment below and tell me. I would love to hear any results people have seen. Also, what did you do for mother's day? What are your thoughts on the iphone? So many questions...lol
