Weekend update: Wine Making and A LAZY Sunday

Happy Sunday everyone!

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I can't believe it's already Sunday night for me. Ahhhhhh... it feels like yesterday I was super pumped that it was Friday...lol

I haven't been up to much these days, but I will update you on what I did over the weekend. BF and I took it easy.. not a lot on the agenda, except for our wine bottling appointment. The thing is, BF and I drink so much wine, that one day we saw a Groupon deal... It was 30 bottles for $50. What a steal!!! Anyhow, a long story short, we bought two of them, and we felt like we had wine forever!!! It lasted a long time.. and we saved sooooo much money. Well.. the Groupon deal happened again.. so of course we hopped on the bandwagon and bought two more. BF got 30 bottles of white wine, and I got 30 bottles of red, again.. $50 each.

I picked the pink tops, and BF picked the green..lol

If you love wine, this would be a fantastic deal for you! The guy at the wine place was telling us that when you buy a bottle of wine from the store, 75% of it is tax. Really, your bottle of wine if only really worth $2. Not sure about the expensive stuff, but the normal stuff I guess. So anytime this deal happens, we are all for it. Plus.. we just re-use our 60 bottles that we have, so we don't have to pay for bottles each time.... Awesome deal.. Love it!!!

As for today.. what a great, freaking, lazy day!!! I sat around and did NOTHING! It was an amazing feeling. I got nothing accomplished. I sat in my pj's all day, watched youtube blog videos online, and ate junk food! lol.. I only left the house once, and that was to get a few groceries that I needed for work this week. It was so nice out, so puppy and I played around in the backyard too. He loved it!!!

Since I had to go out for groceries, I did my make up. Soooo.. I thought I would show you my Make up of my lazy Sunday.....haha

Sorry.. I always try to get good lighting, and my iphone pics are never clear

Products
I apologize that my hair isn't up to anything good in this pic. I straightened my hair on Saturday and I swear... my hair just doesn't ever want to stay straight.. Grrrrr, makes me angry.. Anyhow, I just brushed whatever style I had going on and left it.. What the heck, it's Sunday!

So, the products that I used were oh-so-simple. Ooops, I did't include my face make up.. Well, I just dusted M.A.C studio fix powder all over my face. Then I used the Maybelline Age Rewind Instant Eraser under my eyes to brighten them up (this stuff is by far, the best under eye brightener EVER!!). I just blended that in with my finger lightly. Then, I skipped my bronzer because right now, I am extremely pale. I have not a drop of self tanner on me, so I didn't want to have a bronzed face, and a disgustingly pale body.

Then, I just put my M.A.C Pink Swoon blush on the apples of my cheeks and voila!!! face is done!

Afterwards, I opened my Naked Pallette, and dusted on the color Virgin. It's the lightest color of the pallette. I put it all over my eye lid, brow bone, and also in the inner corners of my eyes to brighten them just a little more (needed to look just a little more awake).

I then used my M.A.C gel liner in Dipdown (a gorgeous dark brown color.. my absolute favorite) to quickly line the top of my lash line (gives the look of fuller lashes). For the lower lash line, I used a shadow from the Naked Pallette in the color Darkhorse (a dark brown-y color). Tip: Using a shadow for the lower lash line gives a more natural and soft look.

Then it was time for mascara! Just an FYI.. I cannot leave the house without mascara. I don't mind leaving out the others, but mascara and I go hand-in-hand, and it's definitely my go-to make up product!

I put on my mascara. The brand I always use is, L'Oreal's Million Lashes in black. I use it on my upper and lower lashes, and I usually put on two coats.

Last but not least... I grabbed for my chapstick. I used Blistex Fruit Smoothie's Berry Explosion... YUM!!! Who needs shiny gloss for the grocery store?!?!

As for my grocery outfit.. I just threw on my Lululemon pants, along with a dark grey tank from Old Navy, and my white zip up hoodie from Abercrombie and Fitch. Oh.. and my pink Nike Shox runners.

Anyhow, that's pretty much it. What did you all do over this past weekend? Were you lazy like I was? Comment below and tell me!! :)

Enjoy your Sunday night everyone...

Love always,
xoxo
