Air Brushing: Before & After

Hey everyone!

Since I have been getting air brush tans, I have been going between two different places to get them done. I try to go to the one closest to my house, but when she doesn't have any available appointments, then I go to another place.

Ok, so remember when I told you that my first air brush tanning experience, I ended up coming out of the salon looking like I was going to a body building competition? Well I wanted to show you what the instant results look like. I would NEVER go anywhere after getting this done. I look crazy dark and oh-so-disgust!!! This is the place that is right by my house. The idea with this tan, is that they coat you twice, so you leave the salon looking a ridiculous color, but the results the next day when you shower the top coat off, are amazing!!!  The very first time I got this done, I was mortified and I literally almost cried. I thought I was going to have to take off work for the next week...lol.

YIKES!!!

The light in my bathroom actually makes me look way more orange than I actually was. The color was more of a bronze, but a super DARK bronze.... yes, I know... YIKES!!!

Soooo...Here is the color after I showered the next day. Again, the top coat of the air brush comes off the next day and I am left with the most fabulous tan. I just love it because it gives you the nicest bronzed "glow". I LOVE airbrush tanning!!!

These pictures were taken on my girlfriend, Nicole's bachelorette weekend, so that is why they more of a snap shot, in action pics!

For those of you that don't know me in person, I am insane-ly PALE!!! You can see pretty much all my veins clearly... My skin is as white as it gets, so even though I don't look like I've been away vacationing, it's because I get a light-medium air brush tan, and that my friends... is the perfect amount that doesn't make me look fake!

The other place, which I have to drive a little to get to, gives me the exact same color results as the place by my house, but instead... you can actually go out and run errands and you look totally fine. The air brush actually darkens to a beautiful bronze color over a few hours. So.. it's still the same process (sleeping with it and showering the next day), but the difference, is the price. I will do a post about this place after my next visit there, which will probably be in August for my next event.

The salon by my house costs about $35, and the place out of the way that I have to drive to, costs about $45. Now, I know it's only $10 difference, but if I don't need to run errands and go out afterwards, then saving that extra $10 for the exact same color is money in my pocket...because... I'm all about this "saving the money" business these days... :)
Anyhow, gotta jet.. Hope you all have a fabulous day & love you all :)

xoxo
