Today it is a scorture outside. It is so hot that puppy got all ready for a walk, went outside and wanted to turn right around and go home to air-conditioning...LOL.. I don't blame him though, his coat is thick and if I had a coat on, I would hate life on these hot days! Whoever invented air-conditioning is a God send!!!
Since it's getting to those crazy hot days, us girls NEED to figure out our hair situation. Unless you have a sinead o'conner do going on, or a spiky look or something, us long hair ladies must figure out what will limit our frizz... because I don't know about all of you but...holy crap does my hair frizz the instant it touches humidity. Frig!!! I did an awesome blow out today before work and not even 2 min outside and it started to puff up..wtf?? No wonder I invest in so many pony tail holders throughout the summer months.
Instead of doing the everyday ponytail (which I'm getting really sick of btw..) I need something that's tres adorable. Lately, I have been seeing girls with thes oh-so-cute high buns. These buns are so adorable..
Aren't they so pretty? I have been seeing so many girls with the super high bun. I mean, let's get real here, this would probably only be for the long hair headed girl.. I'm not gonna say guy cuz um... seriously???
I know some girls who have medium length hair and use clip in extensions to get this super cute look. That's another idea if you don't have uber long hair. Short hair go-ers...sorry!
Anyhow... I will be trying this look out on the days that my hair hates me... It's soooooo embaressing to go somewhere and I look like I was just electricuted by the frizz monster..Uggghh.. At least with this style, I can be 100% confident that it will stay that way. I would also love this for when my hair is a super grease-ball and I have no time to wash it. The style would probably stay even better too!! Yay-zers!
Anyway, I just wanted to share a fun look that may be able to help those frizzers like myself during the hot and humid months... When I was in Vegas, it was all dry heat... no humidity.. My hair was the best it has ever looked and it's was insanely hot out. Why can't we have that too!!!!! Note: Must make more trips to Vegas...LOL
If you have any good hair frizzie do's, comment below and tell me. For those of you who have super stick straight hair... I'm beyond jealous! I have also heard that doing a Keratin treatment helps to keep frizziness down, but that also costs an arm and a leg + maybe a few kidney's or something. Putting that into my budget would have me saving until next year for it :(
